Morgan was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She has a long history of being a Sacramento native. After graduating from St. Francis High School, Morgan attended Santa Clara University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology.

Morgan returned to Sacramento to attend Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. While attending her last year of law school and preparing to take the California Bar Exam, Morgan joined the team here at Schuering & Doyle LLP as a Law Clerk. She graduated from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento with honors in 2024. Morgan passed the July 2024 California Bar Exam and has been admitted to practice in California.

Morgan currently resides in Sacramento, California, with her husband and chocolate lab, Dakota. In her free time, you can find Morgan spending time with her family, watching sports with her husband and friends (Go SF Giants!) and reading a good book.
