Bob was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey and grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey where he was a state pole vault champion. He has practiced law since 1978 and is a member of American Board Of Trial Advocates and American College Trial Lawyers; he has had more than 100 jury trials to verdict in California and Nevada. The Sacramento Valley Chapter of ABOTA gave him the Trial Lawyer of the Year Award in 2002, which was the first time the award was given to a defense lawyer.
